Project Overview

This is just placeholder text. Don’t be alarmed, this is just here to fill up space since your finalized copy isn’t ready yet. Once we have your content finalized, we’ll replace this placeholder text with your real content.

Sometimes it’s nice to put in text just to get an idea of how text will fill in a space on your website.

Traditionally our industry has used Lorem Ipsum, which is placeholder text written in Latin. Unfortunately, not everyone is familiar with Lorem Ipsum and that can lead to confusion. I can’t tell you how many times clients have asked me why their website is in another language!

Material Highlights

Statement
Marble

Calacatta Viola and Elefanté Marble introduce expressive natural movement and individuality, creating distinctive feature moments throughout the residence.

Travertine Continuity

Vein Cut Travertine is used extensively across the home, bringing warmth, linear texture and a consistent architectural language to interior and exterior spaces.

Monumental
Entry

Full slabs of Italian marble rise through the dramatic seven-metre entry void, establishing natural stone as a defining element from the moment of arrival.

Bespoke Stone Detailing

From substantial vanities and full-height stone surfaces to the master suite and feature applications, custom fabrication allows the stone to become part of the architecture itself.

Design Details

01

Layered Materiality

Calacatta Viola Marble, Elefanté Marble and Vein Cut Travertine are balanced with warm timber, board-formed concrete and soft neutral finishes to create a richly layered coastal palette.
02

Stone as Architecture

Large-format slabs, full-height applications and substantial stone forms move beyond decoration, giving natural stone a structural and sculptural presence throughout the home.
03

Grand Scale + Intimacy

Soaring voids, four-metre ceilings and expansive living spaces are tempered by tactile stone, timber and carefully detailed finishes, creating luxury that feels both dramatic and inviting.
04

Coastal Permanence

Travertine, marble and robust architectural materials respond to the home’s beachside setting with a palette designed to feel enduring, sophisticated and intrinsically connected to place.
